Hi Liz. I just wanted to send a quick note to you to congratulate you on stepping forward as a candidate for public office. Having done it now myself for many years, I completely appreciate the commitment and sacrifice required from the candidate and the candidates family. Regardless of the outcome on Monday, cherish the privilege and the experience you have gone through. All the best!

I will be running for the position of City Councillor in the 2014 election. I know it seems like a far ways away and hopefully we have representation on Councillor that make it feel even further away then that. We have plenty to hold the new councils feet to the fire on. There has been many promises, hopefully, we see these come to fluition. I know it would make my life a whole lot better!!!
I’ve been working in Health Care and Community Service for over twenty years. I’ve dedicated myself to advocacy and social justice. I can make a difference – just ask anyone who knows me. I get things done! I’m strong-minded and passionate, and not afraid to speak my mind. I’m in touch with reality and I stand up for what is right, even if it’s not popular.
I’m excited to further develop my campaign for Ward 5 in Windsor. Stay tuned for more information.
